Please note that upon completion of your data deletion request, all of your personally identifying data, such as your name and email address, will be permanently removed from our system. However, we will retain your anonymized app usage statistics for the purpose of improving our services and for any other legitimate interests.
The Atiom support team is committed to processing your data deletion request within 30 days from the date of receipt. Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from our support team.
By submitting a data deletion request, you acknowledge and accept that you may lose access to certain features or services within the Atiom mobile app, and that the deleted data cannot be recovered.
