The Opportunity

Atiom is an agentic performance platform dedicated to empowering the world’s 1.1 billion deskless employees. We are seeking a Head of Sales who is both an elite closer and a foundational builder. You will spend 70% of your time directly closing complex, new "Whale" accounts while engineering the operational structure needed to scale a high-performing sales engine.

Core Responsibilities

1. Direct Sales Execution (70% Focus)
  • High-Value Closing: Lead the full sales cycle for key enterprise prospects, dedicating the majority of your time to hands-on selling and acquiring new logos.
  • Executive Engagement: Act as the primary commercial face of Atiom for global enterprise partners to secure net-new business.
  • Playbook Development: Translate your direct win-loss experiences into repeatable outbound and inbound sales playbooks.
2. Sales Operations & Structure
  • Process Engineering: Build and implement robust sales infrastructure, CRM workflows, and processes.
  • AI Optimization: Identify and implement AI-driven tools and workflows to maximize efficiency and outcomes across the sales process.
  • Initiative Management: Create systems capable of managing and scaling founder-led sales initiatives.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Establish rigorous operational management for tracking performance and forecast accuracy.
3. Team Building & Leadership
  • Recruitment: Hire, train, and manage a team of high-performing direct sales reports.
  • Mentorship: Transition smoothly from a player-coach model into scalable leadership.

  • The Architect: You build sales systems and operational processes that minimize friction.
  • The Strategist: You have deep expertise in complex B2B SaaS enterprise sales.

Likely Candidate Profiles (Background & Experience)

  1. The Ascending Top-Performer: Currently a standout Enterprise Account Executive or Regional Director at a B2B SaaS company. You have a proven closing record and are ready to step into a leadership role while maintaining a heavy quota.
  2. The Early-Stage Builder: Previously a Head of Sales or VP at an early-stage startup. You enjoy building the foundational sales engine from scratch and prefer a hands-on, player-coach environment over managing large corporate hierarchies.
  3. The Domain Expert: A sales leader with deep experience in hospitality, frontline employee experience platforms, or workforce management. You bring an established network and an immediate understanding of how to sell to the hospitality industry.
