Atiom is the agentic performance platform for frontline teams. We are on a mission to empower the 1.1 billion deskless enterprise employees who have been underserved by technology. We are experiencing rapid growth and are trusted by the world’s most demanding brands like Accor, IHG, and Compass Group.
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to bridge the gap between complex enterprise data and a simple, engaging frontline experience.
You will not just be designing screens; you will be building the Design Operating System that scales our product from a high-growth startup to an industry standard. You will partner closely with our current Product Designer, treating them as a strategic partner while mentoring them as they expand their scope from visual execution to holistic product thinking.
Our platform serves two very different users:
• The Frontline (Mobile): Needs a "TikTok-simple" experience for training and communication.
• The HQ Leader (Web Admin): Needs powerful analytics and audit tools to prove ROI and separate "signal from noise".
Your Focus: While you will hold architectural responsibility for the experience across both platforms, your direct, hands-on execution in Year 1 will focus primarily on transforming our Admin Dashboard. You will be responsible for turning complex data tables, audit reports, and permissions systems into an intuitive command center that proves value to our enterprise clients.
• Own the Information Architecture (IA): You will untangle complex workflows in our Admin Portal. You will design how Headquarters creates content, manages users, and visualizes "Company Health Meters" and analytics.
• Build the System: You will own the transition to a unified Design System (supporting our move to Flutter). You will create the rules, components, and documentation that ensure consistency across Web and Mobile.
• Lead & Mentor (Pathway to Senior): You will manage a high-potential designer who is eager to grow. Your role is not just to delegate, but to actively mentor them from a UI-focused role into a Senior Product Designer.
• Scrappy Research: Our research maturity is currently developing. You won’t wait for permission—you will jump on calls with Hotel GMs and Frontline staff to validate your prototypes and test your assumptions.
• Product Strategy: You will report directly to the VP of Product, helping to define the roadmap for features like our AI Performance Engine and behavioral change tech.
• Facilitate Workshops: You will lead product-related workshops to align stakeholders, define problems, and drive clarity on complex feature sets.
• A Systems Thinker: You love a complex data table more than a flashy landing page. You understand hierarchy, filtering, and information density.
• A Hands-on Coach: You thrive on being in the files and doing the design work 70% of the time, but you derive equal satisfaction from coaching others. You know how to balance "doing it yourself" with "guiding someone else to the solution."
• B2B Native: You have 5–10 years of experience, with a strong portion spent in B2B SaaS, Enterprise Dashboards, or complex Admin Panels.
• Tool Agnostic, System Obsessed: You are a master of modern design tools (Figma) and build clean, structured files that developers love to work with, regardless of specific feature updates.
• Champion of Experience Excellence: You are a relentless advocate for the user, ensuring that we never settle for mediocrity and always fight for the highest standard of experience within the company.
• 5+ years of Product Design / UX experience, expected around 10 years of overall experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating complex B2B web applications or dashboards (Case studies must show the logic and problem solving, not just the final UI).
• Experience creating or maintaining a Design System.
• Primarily based in Bangkok.
• Note: No coding experience or formal design degree is required. We care about your ability to solve problems.
• Experience with EdTech, Gamification, or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with mobile constraints (iOS/Android guidelines) and Flutter frameworks.
