The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Operations & Platform Intern to support the day-to-day operational workflows of our Client Success team.

This is a hands-on role where you will gain real exposure to SaaS platform operations, data management, user administration, and digital content management. You will not just observe, but will actively contribute to keeping client accounts accurate, organized, and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do‍

Platform & User Management

• Support user account setup, permission management, and access control
• Maintain accurate client data within the Atiom admin portal
• Assist in troubleshooting basic platform issues

Data & Reporting

• Export platform data and assist in preparing internal reports
• Ensure data accuracy and organization
• Support monthly reporting preparation for clients

Content Management

• Upload and structure training content within the Atiom platform
• Ensure materials are properly formatted and aligned with guidelines
• Assist in organizing and updating learning modules

Video Editing & Media Support Is a Plus

• Edit short training and onboarding videos
• Add subtitles, basic transitions, overlays, and formatting
• Ensure content is professional and client-ready

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English (written and spoken) – we work with international clients
• Strong attention to detail and high level of organization
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, iMovie, etc.)
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
• Available for a minimum of 3 months (6+ months preferred)

Nice to Have

• Experience with CMS or admin dashboards
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms
• Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
