The Opportunity / Role Summary

This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to own, develop, and scale our global content and digital marketing strategy. You will be instrumental in defining Atiom's market narrative and driving our transition to a marketing-led growth model. As a senior member of the team, you'll have significant autonomy and the scope to build out the marketing function. We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven leader to own the development and execution of compelling content and campaigns that drive measurable business results.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

Strategic Leadership: Develop, own, and lead a comprehensive content and digital marketing strategy that drives brand leadership, generates marketing qualified leads (MQLs), and supports our global sales objectives.

Content & Campaign Oversight: Oversee the ideation, production, and quality of all marketing content, while personally crafting key strategic pieces (e.g., thought leadership, core web copy, sales narratives).

AI Integration: Pioneer the strategic integration of AI across all marketing workflows to enhance personalization, scale production, and uncover competitive insights, establishing best practices for the team.

Performance & Analytics: Own the marketing analytics function. Translate content performance data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations for the leadership team. Define, track, and report on all key marketing KPIs.

Demand Generation: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and webinars) to build a robust sales pipeline.

Team & Resource Management: Manage external resources, including freelancers and agencies, to scale content and campaign execution. Mentor junior team members as the function grows.

Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to create compelling materials and tools that articulate our value proposition and accelerate the sales cycle.

Skills & Qualifications

Truly Fluent in English both written and speaking, multi nationality are welcome Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS, with a proven track record of developing strategies that measurably impact revenue and pipeline growth.

AI & Tech Acumen: Strategic mastery of the AI marketing stack. Proven ability to not just use AI tools for efficiency, but to implement them to achieve specific business outcomes like lead conversion and customer acquisition.

Marketing Automation: Deep experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is essential.

Full-Stack Marketer: A well-rounded skill set across content creation (writing, basic design/video), SEO, demand generation, and marketing analytics.

Leadership Qualities: Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and leadership & mentoring capabilities.

Data-Driven: An analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred.

• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing strategic campaigns, writing excellence, and the business results your work has generated is required.
